Although Dr. Pino seems to be a competent physician, his office staff reflects extremely poorly on him. After injuring my ankle on October 22, he ordered an MRI to determine whether surgery or another treatment was needed. The MRI was completed on October 24, and the Imaging Center faxed the results on October 26. Despite this, every time I called the office (Oct 27, Nov 11, Nov 17, and Nov 26), I was repeatedly told they had not received the results. Hi, I hate to break some bad news to you all. When we arrived fifteen minutes late due to jammed traffic at this office in DFLA the visit wasn't pleasant. Everything turned out to be more devastating, upsetting, and shocking to see Dr. Alejandro Pinos' true colors, which weren't what I thought based on other outstanding reviews. Very thorough examination. He diagnosed after a bad ankle surgery, dorsiflexion deformity and foot drop.Great assistant and staff.
