I had been a patient of Dr. Trovato for 6 years with Blue Cross / Blue Shield insurance. When I called to make an appointment for my yearly check back after I turned 65 and had Medicare insurance, he said he would not honor Medicare insurance. I asked him if this applied to patients who had been established with him for years. He replied "yes." I immediately changed dermatologists and have been much more pleased with my new doctor.

I first saw Dr Aldo Trovato at my husband’s suggestion. He had gone to Dr. Trovato once and had been satisfied with his visit. Dr. Trovato asks why you are there and then checks out the problem, makes his diagnosis and treats the problem. During this time, if you are a woman, HE NEVER TOUCHES YOU! I have been to his office three or four times and he has never touched me. The closest he came was when he used a Q-tip to freeze off a small growth. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest.
