I'm writing this review after years of reflection on the devastating consequences of Dr. Montes' negligence. My mother's experience with him was nothing short of catastrophic. In a shocking display of incompetence, Dr. Montes sent my mother home despite her critically low blood oxygen level of 52 and severe shortness of breath. Standard medical protocol dictates that patients with oxygen levels below 92 require immediate emergency attention. I am so disappointed with Conviva! But more importantly I have to say that my doctor Dr. Montes has been getting worse as the years go by. He arrogantly told me "its too bad you're not going to live long" I can't express enough my dismay, shock and confusion at his remarks. The worst of the worst. 0/5. He truly doesn’t care about your health.
Dr Montes is truly an exceptional doctor. My 85 year old mom suffers from diabetes and dementia, and finding Dr Montes has been a gift. Everyone in his office, from the reception desk staff to the nurses and techs treat everyone with such kindness. Dr Montes goes over and above to help his patients, any day any hour. There are not enough words to describe his knowledge and expertise, and most importantly how brilliant of a doctor he is.
