I feel that the practice should be upfront that the cost to discuss work to be done is disclosed as $700 prior to making an appt. It is dishonest to say you will do a consultation for $100 and then give no information to the potential client regarding what you can do for them unless they pay an additional $600. Also if an appt. is made with Dr. Leopardi then Dr. Leopardi should be the person who meets with the potential client. Thank you for your comment. I apologize for any confusion with office policies. Complex cases that require significant additional time outside of the examination appointment to develop treatment plans have a fee of $500. However, if the patient moves forward with treatment, this fee is credited back to the patient. Not everyone requires this protocol, and it is not possible to determine this until the patient is seen in the office by Dr. Leopardi.
