I fell like I am in good hands w your staff. Your office is not afraid to look ahead and solve a potential issue with my teeth BEFORE it becomes a chronic problem.
The office staff is tremendous and very helpful and Dr. Leopardi is extremely professioal, knnowlegeable and creative.
I dont have a treatment plan cause you still need to work on it so I had to say not really cause I dont know yet.

It was a big decision for me to go ahead with the treatment. I was disappointed that I saw someone besides Dr, Leopardi. Also disappointed I was training for new dentist and my treatment was finished by Dr. Leopardi. Would prefer to know ahead of time and be able to choose if I am seeing someone besides Dr. Leopardi. Thank you for your feedback Karyn. I apologize for any mis-communication regarding your retrofit appointment. The reason I had Dr. Chen help is that we were running late due to a patient emergency that morning. We were also having installation/training for the new 3-D CT scanner. Considering you had surgery that morning at the oral surgeons, I wanted you to be seen as soon as possible. That is why I asked Dr. Chen to start the treatment. I don't like spending money any more than the next person, but this office gives me the feeling that when all is said and done, I'll look better and feel better. From the moment you walk in to when you leave, Dr Leopardi's team make you feel comfortable and confident that you are in good hands.
