Was trying to get info through text, wanted an OTD price. Was told “It’s already below market value just come in” so I decided nah I’m good if you can’t provide a simple OTD price that’s not a salesperson I want to deal with.

I was drawn in by an online ad for a specific car at a great price. I emailed to confirm availability and received a written reply saying the car was there. I then called the manager who sent the email, and he personally confirmed the vehicle was available and encouraged me to come in. I drove over an hour expecting to see exactly what I was promised. I've reached out multiple times to get information on the vehicle to set up tand plan the purchase, but after more than several attempts no response even from sales managers or finance managers. So I figured my business was no longer wanted even though I never got a chance to speak to anyone other than email for a test drive appointment. May want to look somewhere else that values you and your time

Dealer contacted me rather quickly. We had a few Tel-Con's about the vehicle in question. I ultimately purchased the vehicle but it almost did not happen. We were nearly finished about financing and then I had a few more questions to ask. That's when everything seemed to fall apart. I called the first time and during the transfer we were disconnected.
