Started paperwork for this vehicle. Had an approval letter from the bank and started sending insurance info to swap vehicles and had an apt to come in and pick up sat. Sold it to someone else Friday. Said their hands were tied and they’d let me know Monday if their financing went through. No one even bothered to call and let me know.
They contacted me to tell me the car was under contract and could they be of any further service.

Michael and the whole staff was awesome. They got me in the car the same day. They took really good care of me and I would be recommending Alderman’s Toyota to friends and family. We drove all the way from Albany Ny. We were there for a couple hours and they gave me and my kids lunch and was very hospitable. I am very appreciative
This dealership was very helpful trying to locate a Tacoma Truck. They were quick to respond.
Took them a long time to respond and couldn't get ahold of anyone in the sales department for weeks. The vehicle was in rough shape and they failed to mention that in the description. They were very nice people at the dealership and we're very helpful in person

The salesman,Brandon , was very helpful and went out of his way to find the color van I wanted. I had a color and time period I was dealing with and he found the right color and expects delivery within my timeframe. Very happy. Absolutely no pressure.
