We bought from them after they rapidly responded to our inquiry. Their service was exemplary, even to the extent of delivering the car to us over 2 hours away. An easy and satisfying process for buying used car.
As always a lowball offer. They offered $32k trade. Other dealer offered $42k. Everytime I give them a chance they try to rob me. Very disappointed in my local dealer.
I stated to the salesperson I was interested in the truck after I took it for a ride. While we were test driving the Tundra the dealership was supposed to look at my 2020 GMC and provide a trade in value. Three days later I get a call from the salesman, he says this is a courtesy call to inform me he just sold the Tundra. You would think he would of called me back first as I did tell him I liked the truck.
Ethan Cole was responsive and helpful. His call back and research results are helping us to decide as I write this.
Started paperwork for this vehicle. Had an approval letter from the bank and started sending insurance info to swap vehicles and had an apt to come in and pick up sat. Sold it to someone else Friday. Said their hands were tied and they’d let me know Monday if their financing went through. No one even bothered to call and let me know.
They contacted me to tell me the car was under contract and could they be of any further service.
