Alderman contacted me via an e mail. Eventually someone did contact me and gave me their best price for the Highlander. Since I had found a 2013 Lexus RX450H with 28,000 miles for $30,990. Aldersman's came down to $35,000 and said that was highly unusal for the manager to do so. Hardly seemed like a fair price to me.
Took a credit card deposit, then told me the truck was sold.
We purchased the truck that we were looking for, felt they were very fair with us and transaction went smooth! Everyone we dealt with was helpful, friendly, professional and easy to work with!
Bought the Highlander Hybrid after making a deal. All involved helped very much for our out of state purchase. Recommend them
