The banks wouldn't finance the GLE. However the staff at Toyota worked to get another vehicle financed. Ms. Gladys Madison made everything work for us to drive away in a Honda Pilot. We appreciate her dedication to excellent customer service!

Communication is good but pricey
Never received a call or an email on my request. What is sad is that my Wife and I bought her Toyota Highlander from them. We would've thought they would want to create and retain loyal customers.

I would rather get a root canal than ever do business with this dealership. This was my first time trying to buy through a dealership and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish.
