I think they’re a good dealer, competent and fair, but the experience ultimately was a disappointment. I want to be fair in my assessment. The result was a disappointment because I had done my homework on pricing and based on that I think I made a fair offer only $400 below asking price of $17.4k. these guys are awesome!, they contacted me right away and have been there each step of the way, we are wrapping up the last details for me to buy this one. great customer service.
Sold the car I was coming down to see an hour before I got there during my 2 hour drive, and the only way they tried to reach out to me to tell me was through email, as if I check my email while driving. Tried to make it better, but the test drive I did of another vehicle felt like I was being treated like a drivers ed student.
