It was a great experience and very quick process.
I dealt with both Jessica Santini and Michael Morales. Jessica was my initial contact with Alderman's. She was very helpful, I had many questions for her to which she provided prompt and helpful answers. My salesman was Michael, he too was very helpful with getting me info concerning the vehicle I was interested in. I should say that I live 2 states away, (6 hour drive) which in itself presented unique issues. It was easier for me to fly in to purchase the truck. Truck had sold before my appointment, got out there and picked up a similar truck quickly
Very responsive and not intrusive.
Excellent service. They held the car for me and I drove up the next day to test drive it. I made the deal that day and picked up the car a few days later. The car was prepped nicely and all the paperwork went smoothly. Great staff overall!

I found a deal online (CarGurus) and drove more than 2 hours to test drive the car. The commute was worth it: the vehicle was exactly as described, and priced so reasonably that it became imperative that I take it home with me. There was a slight hiccup with my trade in, but we worked around the issue and a deal was struck.
