Vehicle did not have several options that were advertised on Car Gurus. We specifically asked sales rep if car had remote//auto start and she said yes even though vehicle didn't. Responded to dealer the next day with this concern and they said nothing could be done. Vehicle had several additional scratches on it that were not noticeable due to rainy weather conditions. Vehicle had extra set of tires, but wish the summer tires were on it when we picked it up since it is almost May.
