would never. not helpful, demanding I come to the dealership. refused to deal and said "we dont deal over the phone" at the end of the conversation, AFTER they jacked the price up over 4,000 dollars from asking. When confronted they said "well you could just pay asking price" Terrible.

Kevin was really supportive during all the process, I recommend him and Tracy Chevrolet for their professionalism.
Worst experience at a dealership. I was in a bind with my car being deemed a total loss. Had a short window to get a car and even wanted to pay cash. This dealership quickly went to financing just to push warranties on me. The next day they couldn’t get me out of their office fast enough. Barely gave me direction on how to obtain the title and told me to go to the “DMV”. Which is not correct. He just wanted me out of his office. I do not recommend this dealership and will never go back.

Great and easy process working with salesman Alonzo. Everything was great and easy with the paperwork but I had to pick-up vehicle and they could not deliver the vehicle.
Christina was great to deal with, was transparent and got me the deal that I liked. Never tried to negotiate payment per month just overall price. Finance person was new and rushed, wish they could have taken more time with us instead of rushing through everything. Overall experience was great and got a good deal for the truck.
Walid is awesome sales agent. The price was little bit more than my budget, but he is very honest and transparent sales agent.
Chevy waa great
I worked for GM for many years and this visit was less than savory. We were greeted kindly, our salesman wasn’t available (NO fault of his own, we were scheduled for the next day.) We drove two hours (our choice) to view a Yukon that had been there for some time. Upon viewing it you could tell someone clearly didn’t take the best care of it.
