Let's give a sequence of events. I made an appointment to get an estimate, received an email for the appointment reminder and it was the wrong day. Call back and make a new appointment for the following week, no one shows up. Call back the next day to find out what happened, got a return call with apologies, scheduling not communicating properly and people out on vacation.
