The new management and team is awesome! Such a joy to walk in the office and see smiling face! The team is very understanding and want whats best for their renters.
New management who promised better a living community has utterly failed and lied. The maintenance team is a joke. Without hesitation, I will NOT re-sign the lease. Can’t wait to move out.
Every since they switched to alcove no one seems to know what they are doing in the office my sink broke on thursday it is now saturday and still no one has come to fix it i am almost out of clean dishes with 3 kids at home i went to the office thia morning and the lady in there has no phone numbers to call anyone or access to anything so why is she working there without help? And matenice dont work today so i have go wait til monday most likely if they even come
Definitely a different management style than I've ever experienced in 35 years of renting apartments. I had my mail box robbed at Christmas, there recently was a shooting on the property, and the building I live in caught on fire!! And for the privilege of continuing to live here.... they're only going to raise my rent $60! I wasn't offered any incentives...such as: Repainting, cleaning my carpet (which I was lied to about being brand new when I moved in) manager promised me that I would have new carpet. The manager is a bitch! They are trying to say we have bed bugs and that we have to pay for the exterminator fee after we moved out. They did the walk through without me after I made an appointment with them. Our last bill was for $165 for water, trash,gas and maa connect when we asked why the manager blew us off, these fees are supposed to be included in our rent bill. Maintenance come out fast but they don't know what they are doing at all. I went a month without AC in June.
