where to start well I just say this read all the reviews mainly the bad ones. The bad reviews say more than enough about this company, the horrible water conditions, discrimination as well as the property management as a whole. Second chance leasing is a better option then this property seriously. Also they never answer the phones so yeah stay far away from that place. Racist office management, dirty property and horrible waste of money

The property’s conditions have severely gone to trash literally trash everywhere. People getting evicted and moving out do to management and lack there of. The trash has gotten so bad especially on the weekends that rodents are invading this community. Service request constantly ignored. Discriminatory management ask any resident that is still here. I lived here under MAA management & they were crap. However as soon as Greystar took over they took care of all of my problems! Don’t let the hateful reviews fools you these apartments are way better now than before! Remodeled & Greystar actually cares!
I lived here 6 years under MAA management. Greastar took over did not tell no one until it was a done deal. In the past 6 months under their management, we frequently have no water or no hot water. Tonight on 5/13/2018 i had to take a freezing cold shower. many people are moving out each week. They want me to renew my lease and went up on the rent but the place is much worse than when MAA managed it. I have lived in apartments 16 years and this is the worst place i have ever seen.
