Very disappointing. I ordered a live blue hydrangea plant as a sympathy gift for my nephew and he received an orchid plan--not even close to what I ordered. I wanted him to be able to plant the hydrangea in his yard in memory of his loss--can't do that with an orchid. They did not contact me, even though I specified no substitutions. when I called today, it rang and rang-now answer or way to leave a message. I have no idea what the cost for the orchid is either. I would not use them again.
I had an incredible experience with this flower shop from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect arrangement. Don’t go here if you want to spend $30 on a small bouquet. I asked for two small bouquets for $30 each. The owner was rude and actually said he was sick of people wanting to spend only $30. He did a crappy job arranging the flowers which looked just thrown together. What an absurd way for a business to lose customers.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! EVER!! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They never sent me a receipt. Never sent me confirmation. Quoted me a price of $108, but charged me $123 Then, after I returned from a 2 week overseas trip, I learned that my mother NEVER received the delivery (we have doorbell cameras and they showed no delivery on the date or time they are claiming).
