Thank you Jacob! It's always a treat to host you and your family!!
Great rooms, friendly innkeepers. All room have a kitchenette, but it's not stocked. So bring your own utensils, bowls, plates etc as well as pots and pans. Local restaurants close early so if you hike late, you may need that kitchenette. Room decor is dated but rooms are clean. There's an awesome view of Mt. Mitchell out the hotel room back and a large meadow where you can see the stars on a moonless night - and the dark skies mean you can see a billion stars. Great place to get away!
