Horrible service! The Cashier had a horrible attitude! I asked for a high chair and she said she didn’t know where they were ! So I had to eat holding my baby the whole time �! It was my first tine in this location and it will be the last! You need to train your employees better!
I am writing about the location in Lake Elsinore CA. First, I would like to say that I absolutely LOVE Alberto's Mexican food. I grew up in Escondido, CA and the location on Escondido Blvd. was a huge part of my childhood memories and adult life. That location has NEVER once let me down in any way. Use to like this place. Just ordered over 30$ worth of food. I open my burrito and it's a pile of over cooked mess. The sauces were messy and half full. Woman at the window wasn't very nice either. You work in food customer service, Smh get it together.

Very disappointed in Albertos. The last time I was there with My Daughter. The food was the bomb Carne Asada Burrito was full of Carne Asada w/Pico !! This time it was more Pico and very little Carne Asada ?? Asked for a side of beans & rice and got one spooned of both and the beans had a half slice of a onion & rice was burnt ?? What kind of Mexicans put onions in their beans ?? If I had paid for it I would have really complained !! NO BUENO !!
