Very polite. Didn't have to wait, walked straight in. Conducted the eye test without mucking around and went to a lot of trouble to explain why I'm having problems with my eye sight. Not super flush with money at the moment and was surprised to find they weren't super pushy in selling me glasses. Their attitude was "That's not a problem. We have your prescription here, come back when ever you like." Best customer service I've experienced in ages. .
