This hospital should close, or at least fire its abusive and incompetant workers. Save yourself a really bad experience and drive a little further to a different hospital. I've had multiple very bad experiences at this one, its unfit for being a medical institution.
My son was taken to Retreat Hospital on Wednesday January 14 for a injured arm. He was taken by ambulance. They did not do a xray or anything else. They put him in a sling and gave pain meds. We followed up with a ortho doctor and first thing he did was xray and found he had a badly broken arm that required surgery to fix. The swelling by that point was so bad we had to wait on surgery. He now has a plate and screws in his arm. I would never recommend to hospital to anyone.
