No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
