Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much

Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

I have been seeing Dr. Francis for over 6 years and my two daughters have been seeing him for nearly as long. My husband will join us when he retires from the military. The office is very nice and upscale. They have a kid's room that is small but sufficient for the kids to sit and behave in. The staff is great as well as his P.A. and/or N.P. That he has work with him.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes
