Dr Albert has put me on the road to recovery. After 2 failed surgeries from another doctor and several shoulder specialist said they could not help me, Dr Albert said my rotator cuff could be fixed and he successfully repaired it. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Dr. Albert is an amazing doctor/surgeon. However, his staff is nearly impossible to deal with. Need a refill on a prescription? Have fun calling 3 times a day and having to leave a message every time and getting no response. Have a question or concern? You'll be stuck wondering until you're next appointment with Dr. Albert because his staff never relays messages or gets back to you.
Dr. Albert was very kind and calming, very positive about the outcome and professional in his approach. His bedside manners are exceptional and the staff he employs are knowledgable, highly professional and organized. I can recommend Dr. Anthony Albert wholeheartedly. From the initial exam to the scheduling, surgery performed and follow up visits - 5 starts treatment and I couldn't be happier with the results and my recovery. Dr. Albert has taken care of my orthopedic issues for more than four years now. He is thorough, and takes the time to articulate options, plusses and minusses and any other information I may be seeking. He has ably performed a bunch of surgeries on me to the point that friends refer to me as the bionic woman. In addition, he took the time to unearth my spinal stenosis and has helped me to regain a significantly better sense of balance and mobility.
I have been to Dr. Albert's office 4 times - 3rd time I waited over 30 minutes and the last time I left after 1 hour wait without seeing the doctor. Absolutely poor scheduling management but will charge you a fee if you don't cancel your appointment 24 hours ahead. Also it is difficult to talk to a person on the phone - usually you get the answering machine and it takes about 2-3 calls leaving messages to get a call back from them. Sorry to say but I most likely would not recommend Dr. Albert.
He was straight forward, kind and so very helpful. You can tell he goes above and beyond and really cares about his patients. I could tell my daughter was not just a number or a $$ sign to him.
