They are horrible responding to outages. You will be out of power for hours 🙄🙄

Stop charging outrageous prices for utilities! Having no other options makes this place a monopoly for the city of Albany. My bill (every month this year) is literally a $100 more than it was for the same service I received last year. I have been at the same house for 5 years and never paid this much for Utilities. 😑
This place is terrible. Outrageous fees and rates that increase sporadically as they please. My electric bill is currently more than my rent for my 5 year old son and I. How are people expected to live that way?
