I went in the morning to get a new account set up. I believe my customer service rep's name was Terry. I set aside an hour and a half for my visit, judging by the reviews online and all the complaints I've heard from people. I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. My customer support rep was super professional and kind. The receptionist and teller were both great as well! I have never lived in any state or used any power or water company that will not extend a payment for a few days. This is why so many people have to beg their doctors EVERY MONTH for a letter to keep their power on I guess. It’s ridiculous. This is part of the reason people leave Albany and live in Leesburg. There should be a CHOICE IN COMPANIES so they can’t afford to be dicks all the time.
for the past 3 months my bill has been 609. 87 why when I don't even be home to run or use any power I want to know why this keep happening

They are the worst utility company in the WORLD. They prey on the poor & weak. They have the highest bills ever, stay out of the city limits of Albany, GA or experienced “price gouging”. I intend on moving to avoid this company. Albany OWNS their Utility Company so NO competition will ever come, things here will never change.
Lord please fix it for the people of Albany, we are being robbed and there's nothing we can do about it, but God you sit high and look low, you are in control of everything. 🙏🙏
