I am never at home and my air is never on either, but SOME HOW my light bill is still $256.00??? I’m not sure what the hell yall are charging me for, BUT something needs to change. And I can never get the rude customer service representatives on the phone to talk with about the issue... With all due respect, you all suck BIG TIME

This is the worst utility company ever. No reason why a bill should over $200 for 16 days after moving in. Yall are some liars and scammers. You cut customers power and water off with no notice. YAll never tell us anything until its to late. Customer service here sucks. How do you charge a customer for a time they didn't have power? It's a shame this company doesn't care about their customers and just want them to fail. POS COMPANY.........

This utility company is literally a scam and a shakedown. My utility bill for November was $249 but my bill for December is $451. I moved out of the house and had the power turned off on 12/17 but my bill is almost twice the previous month? That’s ridiculous and when you speak with an employee they can never give you a rational explanation because there is not one. If you have a choice, live in an area serviced by Georgia Power.
