Stay away from this place, ........The workouts are too hard. You will work out harder than you ever have in your life. You will be drenched in sweat and breathing heavy Everytime you come here. It's not pretty. The only good thing I can say about this place is that, it could change your life. Seriously.... Excellent coaches. Very Good equipment and scheduling. Great facility, welcoming community, fantastic workout!
Dropped in while in town. Great coaching, solid programming, and welcoming folks. A little difficult to find (inside another club). Evening class was large but well organized and there was plenty of space to wod.
Was great go back to my old roots! Started CF here back in 2008. Thank you Chris and Skye for welcoming me in for the 8am workout! The facility is still great!
