I literally found a home at Albany Crossfit. I spend so much time there it's like I live there. Great people doing great things.
From all I've ever heard and read, Crossfit will "change your life". Only one month into my membership I couldn't agree more. I have set goals for myself now that I never would have dreamed of achieving in the past. All of the coaches and everyone who trains here have been SO supportive and encouraging, and have put this "newbie" right at ease. SO happy to become a part of the ACF family, and looking forward to a long, exciting journey!
