Everyone should come and sample what Albany Crossfit has to offer. I never thought I'd stay with crossfit once I started but I got hooked. The people are so friendly. The classes are very fun, full of laughs even tho the workouts are intense. I could just hang out at this place to be around the community. It's done amazing things for me over the past year. It is different class!!!
I started my CrossFit Journey in February 2013 and I haven't looked back! A year later I couldn't see myself at any other facility! The community and coaching are second to none. The energy in this box is electric!
This place has truly changed my life. I'm both happy and proud to be a part of it.
