The workouts will challenge you but the staff is supportive and ensures you don’t injure yourself. I was intimidated at the idea of CrossFit for a long time and decided to try it out. So far, I am learning a lot, having fun, and getting a great work out before work. 👍😁

Second year dropping in over Regionals weekend, had a GREAT time, members and coaches are awesome, Coach James even remembered our group from last year. I can't wait to return next year!
