We had an amazing experience, the entire staff were amazing. I couldn't believe how awesome the assistants were with helping to get children to comply and also just entertaining them while parents ask questions to the doctor. Our doctor was really phenomenal, very knowledgeable and confident while patiently explaining things- I never felt rushed. She was exceptional with our child and found the diagnoses quickly. She works so well with children.
Dr. Grendahl and staff was amazing!! Can’t wait for my child’s glasses.
The place is good and good with the kids. The Dr's are nice and their staffs are friendly.
First of all it took a year to get a appointment with them. Then a week prior to the appointment is when they will let you know if your insurance will cover it or not. The front desk ladies are so disrespectful, they will speak ill about you thinking you are on hold but FYI I heard everything. If you slightly raise your voice they will cancel your app. Ps if you don't like dealing with people get a job where you dont have to.
This was the only ophthalmologist office that UnitedHealth care has in network in Alaska. They were nice but I would prefer not to go to a pediatric office.
