The doctor was excellent. The rest of the experience was an infuriating joke. The support staff is incompetent. They are incapable of meeting their own appointment times, which tells me they overscheduled. Completely unacceptable. I expect for my appointments to be met at their appointed time, not over an hour later. I have other things that need to get done and do not need to spend my whole whole day getting jerked around by an office that cannot get their day figured out. Not impressed by my first and last visit.
Alaska Childrens is a great place! These are people that care about you :)
If ever my eyes should get in trouble, I'll be at ACES on the double!
