I cannot say I cannot say enough great things about this place. I just visited Alaska for my spring break- not the wisest choice since there isn't too much to do in Anchorage when everything is covered with snow and you don't have a car! However, my stay at the Alaska backpackers Inn made it all worthwhile. The price was terrific, especially for the best service I have ever received. This was my first time staying at a hostel and first time staying anywhere on my own. At all times I felt completely safe and taken care of.
The environment, location and customer service cant be beat. I must say that the environment, location and customer service cant be beat. This Hostel is unique among Anchorage lodging due to the fact that past tenants have left their mark by leaving a little message or a drawing on the walls.
I loved my stay I loved my stay with you and will stay with you again if I ever am lucky enough to come your way again!
I highly recommend staying at the Alaska Backpackers Inn I have traveled all over the United States staying in different hostels in all 50 states, and i must say, that BY FAR, the Alaska Backpackers Inn is one of the cleanest, and most well appointed hostels that I have stayed in.
