Jen, one of the staff dental assistants is hard to beat! Always smiling, quiet but steady patter of chatter if you want to talk, and a toothbrush as a going away gift! What a professional!!
As a first time patient I was treated with professionalism. The entire staff was friendly and warm. They truly provide quality care which is the number one request I had. Dr. Randol will always be my dentist.
As always, my visit is terrific. I am always comfortable and told exactly what is to be done. I am able to receive excellent care and enjoy the friendly atmosphere! Both my wife and I have had several dentists over the years. Dr Randol and his staff are by far the absoute best ever! The staff is professional, caring and firendly as is Dr Randol. Our visits are always positive even when serious dental care is needed.
I have been coming to Dr. Randol and his wonderful team for over a year for cleaning and exams. Today was my first experience with getting a crown and tooth refilled. I have never been a fan of going to any dentist, but today they all did an amazing job at making me comfortable and being very patient with me. I want you all to know how much that meant to me.
