All of the staff are outstanding, and they are always willing to help. This has to be my best experience with a dental office.
I had another great experience at Dr. Randol's getting my teeth cleaned! It's not like going to the dentist is one of the highlights of my life but I know it's important to take proper care of my teeth! Dr. Randol has a fabulous staff, provides a wide variety of dental services, offers an affordable dental plan and isn't too bad of a drill Sargent either! Lol!! Seriously, he is a very skilled, friendly dentist who excels at operating a wonderful dentistry! Roseburg is blessed to have Dr. Randol!
A lot of people don't like to go to dentist but going to Dr. Randoll is a different experience. First of all the whole staff is very nice and are eager to meet your needs. You are never treated like you are just part of "the herd". There is no pushing you through. He has the latest equipment which helps to make your visit more comfortable, more sanitary and quicker. The staff are always so attentive and kind. They think of every detail to make a patient feel special and comfortable during a visit. I actually look forward to going to the dentist, and can't imagine ever going anywhere else. I highly recommend that you give them a try; you won't be sorry!!

Kudos to Dr Randol and his staff for the excellent dental work performed on my teeth during my two visits to his office. I must say I enjoyed both visits. One time for cleaning and one time to replace an old crown.
I am writing to let you all know what an excellent visit I had yesterday. I was able to be seen promptly and everyone was great! Each employee is very personable and professional. Doctor Randol was able to complete the examination uninterrupted. The assistants prepared the workstation and were able to remind me of my past treatment recommendations and future options for treatment. I always appreciate the care that my family and I receive. Went to Dentest appt. at 7.am OOOHYA . They take early Apptments. Teeth cleanded and Whiten in 1 hour and 14 min out the door to work I go. On time, great service. Best Dentist ever had. Im 53 R G Rsbg
Dr. Randol was really friendly even though I was kindof wiggly. I liked watching cartoons and I got a slap bracelet and it didn't even hurt.
