Over the course of the year, I have had multiple appointments for varying needs, from cleaning, to the replacement of crowns. Each time, I was always made to feel welcomed by the front staff and shown great respect and kindness throughout each visit, from beginning to end. There is a high standard of professionalism among the entire team, yet, a real warmth of home town spirit. I love that I don't have to worry about bringing my children with me to my dentist appointments (I have a 2.7 and 1 year old). They are amazingly accommodating and have a great kids play area. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional and caring. I really feel like they care about me as their patient and want to give me the best care possible.
My experience wasn't a bit short of awesome. Moreover, the staff was very welcoming and professional. Additionally, Dr. Randol is a very good natured, compassionate and honest. I am very pleased with my family's treatment. Thank you!
I could not make my 8:00 appt and they were able to move me into a 9:00 slot and did it all with a smile! I sure didn't expect such great attitudes but am thrilled With my hygienist and the young man at the front desk . Thank you all!
Absolutely impressed with all the staff.
Called on Wednesday about trying to get in for a cleaning on short notice. Got a call Thursday for an appointment for Friday. Did a great job in a short amount of time.
