He explained my situation very well and gave me several solution alternatives. He didn't rush me and did not attempt to persuade me to take the most expensive treatment. I felt most comfortable that he will do a great job for me.

Always the best care here!! We have been patients here for over 10 years and the staff are always helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond for their patients. Recently had a semi urgent issue with my son’s tooth and they were so helpful, kind and quick to help us get him mended.
Have been to a lot of dentists over the years but none to equal Dr. Randol and his staff. From first call and beyond, very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their business

I like this office in general. Feel that they might not always maximize what my private insurance could cover but I have had great visits for cleanings. The dentist, Dr. Randol as well is great about explaining and being gentle. Cassie did my last cleaning and she was amazing. I’m a healthcare professional and was very impressed with how much education she provided me to continue my oral health. That’s what should happen, but I haven’t seen much of until this office. Overall would definitely recommend.
At first you’ll feel as if you’re in the right place and then it hits: Extremely Rude staff. Not working family friendly. Not patient friendly. No transparency in policies. No refunds when they are at fault. Car salesman “treatment plan” tactics. Humiliation. Patient stacking. Read 1 star reviews.
After three years of pandemic related self care it was reassuring to have a professional review. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They listened and communicated well and did everything they could to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Also, no cavities!
