My husband and I went to Dr. Randol's office today for the first time this morning. With low expectations due to our previous dentist, we were immediately please with the welcoming ambiance to the office and the friendly informative staff. We were greeted with a welcome gift and our check in process was quick and easy. Dr. Randol and team are wonderful. They make you feel at ease. They use the most up to date technology and I have never had them recommend procedures that are unnecessary.
Seldom is there a professional office where the employees enjoy working together and yet remain patient oriented. It seems we patients are not intruding on their time but are welcomed and part of the family. The dental work is way above par and the patients are treated with respect. My husband and I are thankful that we are part of the Alanson Randol, DDS family.
My appointment was to have my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was professional, courteous, interesting to talk with but overly talkative. All in all in addition to having my teeth cleaned it was a pleasant experience.
The best dentist I have found in this area. The staff is always friendly and I feel comfortable receiving care there.
I had an appointment today for getting my tooth pulled. Needless to say, I was very nervous. I usually am a" white knuckle person" at the dentist. Dr. Randol gave me Novocain and I did not feel a thing. He had my tooth out and I was done in 15 minutes. They gave me instructions on aftercare and gauze and I was on my way. Great experience. I hate to admit it but I am actually looking forward to my next appointment in July for my crown. Thank you.
I am pleased with the Dental lady who cleaned my teeth. I think she done a great job and I will continue going there.
