I have never dealt with a doctor so unconcerned with treating someone with dignity, honesty, integrity and respect. There was no empathy whatsoever or the ability to seek first to understand before being understood. He was rude, disrespectful and very comfortable bantering back-and-forth about anything and everything. He was very short with us and made us feel like we were bothering him. We could not really get any answers and would not go back.
Let me just say that the nurse staff and phone staff was absolutely exceptional and professional. I was actually excited for this visit. Between me feeling like I was praying information out of the Dr he was not very friendly, not once did the man smile. That’s fine but at least give your patient more information that they understand. I felt inferior since I was maybe asking basic questions but he just seemed like he didn’t care or he was too busy. He gave me basic information I received at the urgent care. Seemed disinterested. Offered no treatment or options. Said if the condition continued we’d check to see if I might have tumors in the exact same place on both arms. This was a joke of a visit. Retire!
