Bedside manner was very dismissive. Would not answer any questions. He kept saying he wasn’t going to discuss hypotheticals until all testing was done. Staff very nice and actually were more helpful than the Dr. I needed to get a last minute appointment because of my pain. His schedule showed more availability. Now I see why.
Dr was very cold and closed off. I wouldnt have minded, but it reflected in his standards for communication and evaluation, which was very lacking for a professional. I was in his presence for 2 minutes.No feedback or inquiry. He reread the assistants notes, did a pressure test on my elbow and that was it. he just kept it short and dry and said this is just an evaluation and then showed me the exit. First time to that office and the experience was great staff and Dr. Christensen was very helpful I’m glad I went there
He spent two minutes max checking my hands, never reviewed the X-ray which I'm being charged for and didn't care to hear my concerns. I thought he was harsh and abrupt. I will follow up with another healthcare group
Even though they told me they were running behind when I got there, they still managed to get me in and out in under and hour. They did X rays on sight as well and I was able to see the doc quickly. He was very pleasant. Can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone on staff was super pleasant and Dr. Christensen was very helpful.
Dr was on time, and had my records and X-rays reviewed when he came into the room. Clear on what I needed, and what to expect. Making a follow up in 4 weeks.
Very experienced and honest doctor. He explained everything and went above and beyond. He performed my surgery and I feel I am recovering from the condition really fast.
He listens to my concerns and issues and was more than willing to help. He made suggestions as to how he could help by examining my right hand and ordering other procedures to assist me.
Dr. Christensen was very nice, he was very helpful and understanding. I felt like I was in really good hands with Dr. Christensen thank you!
