Hello Dr Mandell. My name is Carmen from Romania. I am writing to you because I have a diagnosis. On my vertebral column the C4-C5-C6-C7 are straitened out. I felt a lot of pain in the back of my schoulders , my neck and my head. I still have pain in my head all the way to my neck. I don't know what kind of exercises I need to do to avoid the pain and to fix this problem. I thought maybe you can help me with an opinion or a solution to my problem. Thank you very much Doctor!!!
