I have just found your videos on youtube and am watching them. You are so informative . I have cervigonic headaches and the pencil percussion helped me so much. I do see a chiropractor regularly but have been under alot of stress and my symptoms have now increased . My Blood pressure is high 160 / 90 so I have been put on bp meds for now...I am changing my lifestyle and going to lose weight ..thank you for your videos ..they have give me hope and again your awesome....
