I accidentally bumped in to him on You Tube. He reaches out to people with a good heart and desire to help. I appreciate You Dr. You are a blessing to many. Hey guys, I caught up with a video from Dr. Mandell for headaches. I've lived with them all my life and his solution was so simple, I thought - nope. Never. But I was in pain so I followed his advise on using ice on the back of my head below the scull and OMG. Relief! His solutions work. Since then I have tried several. Don't under estimate simple solutions. He's a master! Thanks Doc!
