DO NOT SEND KIDS!!! I wish I would have also read the responses prior to making this appointment. When my son and I entered the office we were not greeted and looked over. I noticied three indiviudals after me was called to the front to complete paperwork and there was 2 people a head of me. An Eye-Opener I only wish I had taken the time to read the comments before I changed my insurance to one that uses Smilecare because every negative comment was incredibly true in my case, too. The positive comments must have been written by someone with a vested interest in the disgusting operation. Do Not trust your health and well-being to these people.

This Dr. is a Sham! Dr. Hastings' office was one of the few that took my insurance plan. The cleanings were great and the hygienist was always top notch, but any time I had to have any work done, it was a nightmare. Dr. Hastings has a bizarre sense of humor, he squirts water in your face, he even pulled my face INTO HIS STOMACH when I mentioned having a hard time breathing. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE!!!! I fully agree with Annette, my first time going there, I walked in and no one was there to greet me, and when she did, she was rude. Don't ask me the dentist's name, he walked in, I didn't even get a hello, he didn't introduce himself, nothing. What a jerk! I walked in for appt and nobody was at the desk for at least 10 minutes. I should have walked out then, but I was in pain. After dealing with the condescending attitude of the assistant the doc finally showed up about 45 minutes later. He never said hi, introduced himself--nothing. Then he looked in my mouth, said the tooth needed to be pulled and left...I was still inverted in the chair since it was a top tooth. AWESOME OFFICE I would definitely recommend this practice over and over again. I always get a smile and personal greeting while I am signing in for my appointment. I never have to wait long, and if I do, I understand because I have been worked in on an emergency and was very grateful to be seen. Dr. Hastings doesn't beat around the bush, and I know he is very conservative in his recommendations. I have every confidence in him and his staff. I have been going there for years.

Filthy office...do not go here! I highly do NOT recommend this Smile Care affiliated office. I went only once and only for a specialized treatment. I had difficulty finding the office, as there are other dentist offices in the same complex. I had to wait a good 20 minutes, even though I arrived in time for my appointment.
