This is a great practice. I had what I considered an urgent problem and got seen right away by Dr. Simpson. The office is clean, organized and professional. My problem was addressed and appropriate studies done right then and there. Dr. Simpson was great. She listened carefully and was very re-assuring. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Simpson.
These people are the WORST. They don't care about you, they just want your money. Dr. Simpson gave me a diagnosis, no information or background. No care in helping me select the best option. And when I came back to ask questions based on what SHE failed to share about my diagnosis, I was billed unknowingly. If you're a patient here, you are not a person, you're a dollar sign to them. Doesnt answer the phone. Switching doctors.
I was not to pleased with this place. I didnt have a choice and had to cancel an appointment, never have i been charged for it. Sometimes things don't work out we shouldn't be penalized for it. That's just a money grab. This isn't my first kid btw. Also trying to explain a medical condition i had was difficult, they couldn't understand and wrote down false information.
