My husband and I went to Alan September 2022-2023. It was not a good experience. We switched to another counselor who diagnosed my husband as ASD. I subsequently ended up with Cassandra syndrom, worsened by the treatment I was getting from Alan. I realize that counselors are not psychologists, but they should have a basic knowledge of these conditions.
Used my bipolar against me to make my husband happy, told my husband everything I talked about told me nothing about my husband.
Dr. Brooks is amazing! He has so many tips and tricks for creating and maintaining a healthy marriage.
