If I could give zero stars I would. On two separate occasions Alpine has denied seeing my visibly injured animal because I could not pay until THE NEXT DAY, even when the animal needed to stay overnight anyway. The first time this happened we took our BUG Mr.Mann in with a wound to his chest. It was oozing and you could see how infected it was. They wouldn't treat him until we paid upfront. Amazing customer service. The vet was attentive and understanding not to mention caring. Our beloved dog was returned to us in a beautiful wood box and a very kind card. They definitely went above my expectations. Thank you.
