I am not one to publicly out a fellow real estate professional but this experience was so poor, I feel it necessary to warn others about this inspectors business practice. By far the most unprofessional I have encountered. Zero communication skills, terrible manners, and flat out dishonest. The "final" report was lacking vital information. By far the most unprofessional inspector I have encountered. Report was lacking vital information. He was non communicative, late to appointments without any heads up, and extremely rude to all parties involved. He went to the property when specifically told not to and charged the client for multiple re visits. All of this could have been avoided by simple communication. I have been selling real estate for 12 years. I recommend Chad to all of my Knoxville clients. Chad is thorough and does an amazing job. All of my clients have been very pleased with him and how he conducts his business.
