Aladdin installed a new furnace and hot water tank in my house. These guys were great. They were so Nice explaining everything from how to set the thermostat to changing the filter. Efficient and reasonable. An overall great experience.
Great experience - Our technician was professional and friendly. He walked me through the steps he was taking to assess the problem with our furnace. He took pictures and a video of the defective part, so that I could submit it to the furnace manufacturer to support the warranty claim I am pursuing. The main office was also helpful with my questions. Thank you to all at Aladdin 🙂

I highly recommend this company!! They were, by far, the best company that came out to give their quote on a new furnace and AC!! Their estimate was legible and easy to follow (this is a big deal when you need to go back and compare companies...believe me!) They were also the best quote! We had 4 companies out to give estimates on replacing a furnace in one of our rental homes and while Aladdin was not the less expensive they were the only ones who took all the time we needed to explain everything thoroughly and answer all our questions without hesitation. Needless to say they received our business. The unit was installed on the date promised and the installers were very friendly, We'd highly recommend Aladdin Heating & Cooling.
Yesterday, sometime in the afternoon, the compressor on our A/C crapped out. We noticed before bed and put in an online service request with Aladdin. We knew that despite the excessive heat warning, the night would be cool enough, so not an emergency. 9am we got a call from them, and at 11am they were here to fix it. A compressor part had died and they replaced it, tested we were up and running, and we were all set! 2 and a half hours from the call to being fully repaired on a Saturday, during a heat wave! 100% covered under... read more

I had such a great experience with Aladdin heating and cooling this company saved me so much money! I had been without air conditioning for over a week in over 90 degree heat, I had a competitor, come out and quote me for multiple parts that they had to order they then said I would have to wait another five days for the parts to come in and them to come over and repair my unit.
